About Sherrry Deitrich
President & Founder, Holistic Leadership Solutions, LLC
With over twenty-five years of experience in leadership development, organizational transformation, and human resources, Sherry has guided businesses through change and growth. She has designed and delivered impactful leadership programs, facilitated team building for organizations of all sizes and sectors, and implemented global performance management processes. Her background includes orchestrating global succession planning strategies and overseeing the rollout of comprehensive leadership development initiatives. Holistic Leadership Solution’s practice is distinguished by a deep commitment to building strong leaders, high-performing teams, impactful HR processes, and cultures rooted in values and engagement. In addition to these core capabilities, her HR experience extends to supporting organizations through complex transitions such as mergers and acquisitions, spin-offs, and IPOs. Sherry’s approach integrates strategic workforce planning, team building, and a focus on values-based culture, ensuring leaders are equipped to inspire, engage, and retain top talent.

Sherry holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Administration, with a concentration in Organizational Leadership. She has held senior HR roles at AMETEK, Parker Hannifin, and Fairchild Semiconductor (now ON Semiconductor). She is certified to facilitate leadership development programs, holds credentials as a DISC analyst, and actively participates in the Society for Human Resource Management and the Association for Talent Development.
Outside of work, Sherry is an avid equestrian and enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and three dogs.
